The framedyn.dll is a Microsoft framework library that is used to implement various provider helper classes on Windows systems.

The following two conditions are one of the main causes of framedyn.dll errors:

The framedyn.dll file located in the C:\Windows\System32\Wbem\ folder is either corrupt or missing.

The Windows Path environment variable is not pointing to the C:\Windows\System32\Wbem\ folder

Shell32.dll is a Windows library file that comprises Windows Shell API functions required to open Web pages and files on the system. This file is also used to perform several other Windows tasks and helps in maintaining the stability of your system.

Common Shell32 Errors and Fixes

What is Kernel32.dll
The Kernel32.dll file is a 32-bit dynamic link library file in Windows 95,98,Me. The Kernel32.dll file handles memory management, input/output operations, and interrupts. When you start Windows, Kernel32.dll is loaded into a protected memory space so that other programs do not take over that memory space.

Kernel32.dll is not a virus. Kernel.exe is.

Why Do You Get Kernel32 Errors

Within the system32 directory, there are many, many different elements which all need to work with one another, in order to keep Windows in perfect running order.

Internet Explorer is the most used software on a average PC, that makes it all the more critical to the average PC user. Internet Explorers can be very frustrating and often get worse if you ignore it and may lead to a system crash or OS failure if not cleaned or repaired in time, especially if the error has "Shell32.dll", "mshtml.dll", "wtieclient.dll", Not to mention the annoying "Illegal Operation Error Message" OR "General Protection Fault" error box that keeps popping up every time you click on the screen.

Error Code 203

One addition to the Vista operating system that has not been seen in any previous version of the Microsoft operating system is the Windows sidebar. Google desktop users may recognize the kind of software this is and will almost certainly be aware of its benefits. The sidebar houses gadgets such as a calculator, world clock, currency converter, and much more. Some of these gadgets are included as standard with the Vista installation while others can be downloaded and installed to further enhance the features offered by Vista and, specifically, the Windows sidebar.

Vista offers enhanced power saving settings that enable you to alter the period of time your computer is inactive before being entered into sleep or hibernation mode. What is CSRSS.EXE?

The csrss.exe file is short for Client/Server Runtime Server Subsystem and is the subsystem’s main executable. This process handles most of the graphical user interactions in Windows. It is responsible for managing the console windows, creating and deleting threads. In addition, it also manages some parts of the 16-bit MS-DOS virtual environment. While win32.sys is the kernel-mode part of the Win32 subsystem, csrss.exe is its user-mode part.
